Our in-stock items are held in the United States and ship from U.S. stock.

3-day delivery to the contiguous U.S.

For the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., shipping transit time is 3 days after carrier handoff. Order preparation takes place before transit. Shipment confirmation and tracking details are provided when your order is dispatched. Any item-specific availability or delivery information is shown before purchase. Contact us if your shipment is delayed.

Free U.S. shipping on orders US$58+

Orders to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. qualify for free shipping when the merchandise subtotal is US$58 or more after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping. No separate shipping code is needed. If your subtotal falls below US$58 after applying a discount, shipping is US$6.99. This shipping service excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and military addresses. International orders do not qualify for this U.S. offer.

Shipment updates

When an order is dispatched, shipment information will be sent to the contact details supplied at checkout. Where tracking is available, the shipping email or order-status page contains the tracking link. See Track your order for help.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check the full address and unit number before paying. Email lrip8179@gmail.com promptly if an address needs correcting. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment has started. If tracking stalls, a parcel is damaged, or a delivered parcel cannot be found, contact us with your order number. We will help investigate and determine the appropriate resolution; a carrier scan does not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Dispatch delays or unavailable items

If we cannot dispatch within the time promised, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund, as required by applicable law. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

Taxes and international deliveries

Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. International delivery is available only where offered at checkout. Where an international service is offered, any disclosed import charges and customs requirements should be reviewed before purchase; customs processing may affect delivery estimates.

Returns
